Welcome to Brookside Village, a place we love to call home. We are a community of two-and three-bedroom condominium units comfortably located in Delta Township. In addition to the beauty, and quiet tranquility of our natural surroundings, our proximity to restaurants, shopping, and banks makes Brookside not only a peaceful place to live, but a convenient one, as well.

The BVCA website has been developed as a communication tool for our condo residents/co-owners*, and also as an informative introduction to the general public that showcases the numerous benefits of living in Brookside Village.

Pet Policy

Policy Strictly Enforced!

Two cats (indoors only) are automatically approved. Under no circumstances more than one dog is allowed per unit at Brookside Village. Dogs must remain leashed at all times.

Annual Garage Sale

Mark your calendars for Brookside Village's annual garage sale to be held June 5th and 6th from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm rain or shine. Hope to see you there!
